In short: our games do not collect, sell or share your personal data. Your progress is stored only on your own device. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics in the current versions of our games.
This Privacy Policy explains how Spark Otter Games ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile games for Android (the "Games") and on the website sparkotter.com (the "Website"). Each Game has its own section below.
Coin Wars
- Data we collect: none. Coin Wars does not send your personal data to us or to any third party.
- Data stored on your device: the player name you enter, the country and language you choose, and your game progress (coins, points, skills, achievements and statistics). This data never leaves your device.
- Network requests: to prevent clock cheating, the game asks a Google or Cloudflare time server for the current time when it starts or resumes. No personal data is included in this request. As with any internet connection, those servers see your IP address; the game does not store it.
- Rankings and chat: the leaderboards, Gift War and chat in the current version run entirely on your device. Nothing you type or do is sent to other players.
- Ads and purchases: the current version contains no ad network and no payment system.
- Deleting your data: use Profile › Reset progress in the game, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the game.
- Children: Coin Wars is not directed at children under 13.
Last Bite: Convoy
- Data we collect: none. The game runs fully offline and does not connect to the internet.
- Data stored on your device: your game progress, settings, upgrades and achievements.
- Ads, analytics and purchases: none. The game contains no ad network, no analytics or crash-reporting service, no login and no in-app purchases.
- Deleting your data: clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the game.
- Age: Last Bite: Convoy contains stylized cartoon violence and is intended for players aged 13 and over.
This website
- The Website has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
- Your language choice (English/Türkçe) is remembered in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
- Like every website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address (Google Privacy Policy).
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete the conversation when it is no longer needed.
Changes to our games
If a future version of a Game adds a feature that collects data (for example online leaderboards, advertising or in-app purchases), we will update this policy before that version is released, describe exactly what is collected and by which service, and update the Game's Data safety section on Google Play.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU/UK GDPR — you have the right to know whether we process your data, to access, correct or delete it, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because our Games do not send personal data to us, the only personal data we may hold is the email correspondence you start. To exercise your rights, write to support@sparkotter.com.

Kısaca: oyunlarımız kişisel verilerini toplamaz, satmaz veya paylaşmaz. İlerlemen yalnızca kendi cihazında saklanır. Oyunlarımızın mevcut sürümlerinde hesap, reklam veya analiz aracı yoktur.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Spark Otter Games ("biz") olarak Android mobil oyunlarımızda ("Oyunlar") ve sparkotter.com ("Web Sitesi") adresinde bilgilerin nasıl ele alındığını açıklar. Her oyunun aşağıda kendi bölümü vardır.
Coin Wars
Last Bite: Convoy
